Valerie is the Programmes and Impact Manager at First Choice Housing, bringing a wealth of experience from across the public and third sectors. Her career has spanned national and international civil service, frontline education delivery, and work with grant-making organisations focused on tackling homelessness. Throughout, Valerie has been committed to reducing the impact of disadvantage and improving opportunities for communities. 

At First Choice Housing, Valerie works across the team to strengthen programme delivery, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, and communications. She plays a key role in measuring impact, ensuring services continue to meet the needs of clients, and supporting the charity’s growth.
