With more than two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Betty Adams brings deep expertise and compassion to her role as Director of Client Services and co-founder of First Choice Housing. For the past five years, she has led the charity’s client-facing work, providing practical support and advocacy for people experiencing homelessness. Betty is dedicated to improving the wellbeing and independence of clients, drawing on her professional background to understand complex needs and deliver tailored solutions. 

Her role encompasses overseeing direct services, supporting individuals in different aspects of their personal lives, and working closely with the team to ensure that each client receives care with dignity and respect. 

Beyond her professional contributions, Betty is Head of the Hospitality Department at her local church, where she coordinates care for visitors and pastors. Known for her warmth and service, she continues to combine professional leadership with a strong commitment to community engagement.
