The team at First Choice is small but dynamic, with each of us playing a vital role in delivering high-quality support to people experiencing homelessness. Together, we combine expertise in supported living accommodation, education, employment and training (EET), and mental health support.
We work closely with partners across housing, health, and community services to ensure that our clients receive coordinated, wrap-around support. Being a compact team means we can remain agile and responsive, adapting quickly to individual needs and emerging challenges.
Each member of the team contributes to this joined-up approach — from frontline delivery to building partnerships and ensuring quality — so that we can make a meaningful and lasting difference for the people we serve.
